The elegant outer form is translated into a very economic internal layout. Our scope included basement impact assessment, option study on materials and sustainable building techniques informing a carbon life cycle analysis.
We also looked at a number of different build processes such as modular build, composite construction and traditional methods to find the most economic and sustainable way to realise this exciting project.
